My Role: Senior Designer, Visual Narrative Lead
Impact: Featured in the Financial Times, reinforcing interactive investor’s authority in the investment sector and extending the reach of the publication beyond its core audience.
As part of interactive investor’s flagship index series, including the ii Index and ii Top 50, I led the creative design of the ii SIPP Index report. The objective was to translate complex pension and investment data into a clear, accessible and engaging customer-facing publication.
Working from raw data and written analysis, I defined the overall visual direction, established the design system and developed the data visualisations and layouts. The focus was on communicating key behavioural and market trends with clarity, credibility and consistency.
The report played a strategic role in positioning interactive investor as a trusted voice within the investment landscape. Its findings were referenced in the Financial Times, with coverage linking directly back to the full publication, providing third-party validation and extending brand visibility.
This project demonstrates my ability to lead data-led editorial design at scale, balancing rigour and visual storytelling while collaborating closely with content and data teams to deliver long-term brand value.
